What is a prefab. house?

Modular house，also known as factory-

built, prefabricated house，which not only cuts down construction time and savesmoney, but also leads to a better product quality.

It is fully or partly built in a factory and

then transported to the site and assembled

quickly.

Modular house offers the flexibility

to create all the styles you’d expect in traditional houses.

Available House Design

This is the only available house design we are having currently, which can be quickly dismantled and assembled as a whole, with convenient logistics. A 40HQ high container can load an integrated housing of over 100㎡ or 4 sets of 30㎡ house of this type.

The entire house adopts an aluminum alloy bridge-cutoff structure for thermal insulation, and the walls are mechanically connected using the patented screw technology, ensuring overall firmness.

We currenttly have 3 regular area options : 12 square meters, 19 square meters and 30 square meters, sizes as following drawings

Prefabricated Wall Panel System

The module house is built with our prefabricated wall panel system, which can be also used for internal isolation of commercial and residential buildings, and external wall panel for small building projects.
